In the heart of Downtown Hamilton, the Bitterroot Valley Elks Lodge will be opening its doors for sellers to rent 6′ tables and the surrounding space. Our facilities offer climate control and clean restrooms; our lounge will also be open.
We will be open on Friday the 23rd and Saturday the 24th. Setup from 7:30-9 am, sale starts at 9, and our doors will close at 3 pm. Sellers are responsible for setting up their merchandise (your table will be clearly marked), managing their cash and sales, and clearing out their materials after the sale.
You are welcome to consider donating items you did not sell to the Lady Elks, who will be holding a rummage sale during Apple Day in October to raise money to help support the community. They cannot accept clothes, electronics, books, large appliances, or furniture. We can gladly provide a donation receipt and extensive gratitude.
Rental price: $25, which covers both days – special rate available if you are a member of the Elks.
We will provide bottled water to all sellers, and on Saturday we will provide a ticket for a brat or hotdog.
